Holster Returns and Warranty Info

• All sales are final. Please double-check your order before placing it.All products are made to order. Due to the nature of our. business and the custom-built holsters we manufacture for each order, we do not accept returns.If an incorrect option is selected (such as firearm model, light, color, or other configuration) and the holster you received matches the order that was placed, these mistakes are not eligible for return or exchange.If you are unsure about fitment or any available options, please contact us before placing your order so we can help ensure you select the correct configuration.
• All Ready-to-Ship holster sales are final. Please verify that you are ordering the correct firearm model and configuration before placing your order. If the holster you receive matches the model and options listed in your order, it is not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about fitment or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you.
• Our holsters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty . If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us. and provide an explanation of the issue. We may request photos or videos for further investigation. If it is determined your order is defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair or replace your item.
• Holster Cosmetic Defects from Use/Misuse: Voodoo Armory does not warranty cosmetic blemishes to holsters from use or misuse. Holsters are wear items and are subjected to variety of stresses, strains, and environmental effects. Damage from misuse will not be covered. If parts, screws, attachments, etc. are lost they will not be replaced under warranty either. It is your job to make sure your hardware is good to go. Kydex exposed to excessive heat or deformed/broken due to user error, will NOT be warrantied.

Cancellation Policy

Holster Order Cancellation And Modifications

• Orders can be cancelled up to 10 BUISNESS DAYS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.  AFTER 10 BUISNESS DAYS the order can not be cancelled. there will be a 20% or 25 % (for International orders) cancellation Fee Applied to all Orders Cancelled. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 
• PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE SUBMITTING. Orders can be modified BEFORE the order has begun the manufacturing process. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the manufacturing process has started the order can not be changed
