Custom Holster Returns and Warranty Info
- All sales are final. Please double check your order before placing it all products are custom made to order. Due to the nature of the business offering exclusively custom holsters made specifically to order, we do not accept returns. If you ordered incorrectly and have received the holster that you ordered, we do not accept these mistakes as returns.
- Our holsters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty . If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us. and provide an explanation of the issue. We may request photos or videos for further investigation. If it is determined your order is defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair or replace your item.
- Holster Cosmetic Defects from Use/Misuse: Voodoo Armory does not warranty cosmetic blemishes to holsters from use or misuse. Holsters are wear items and are subjected to variety of stresses, strains, and environmental effects. Damage from misuse will not be covered. If parts, screws, attachments, etc. are lost they will not be replaced under warranty either. It is your job to make sure your hardware is good to go. Kydex exposed to excessive heat or deformed/broken due to user error, will NOT be warrantied.
Firearm Returns
- FIREARMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us BEFORE completing the transfer. After we have received and reviewed the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy).
- In the case of failed background checks and incorrect ordering original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective. Customers will be responsible for for shipping charges And subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $10 ( This includes Firearms that are special ordered for local pickup the cost of shipping and Restocking fee will be deducted from the refund)
Cancellation Policy
Holster Order Cancellation And Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process. We charge a 15% cancellation fee on all custom orders. If we have already started building the holster you cannot cancel the order. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
- PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE SUBMITTING. Orders can be modified BEFORE the order has begun the manufacturing process. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the manufacturing process has started the order can not be changed
All Other Products Cancellation
- We will try to cancel your order if you cancel it immediately within 30 minutes of placing it. But we can not guarantee we will be able to
- All Cancellation will be subject to a %15 Processing fee deducted from refund
- All firearm orders require FFL paperwork to ship. Firearm orders 7 days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 20% restocking fee with a $10 minimum.
